Saigon History Tour

Ho Chi Minh City, formerly Saigon, is a vibrant and modern city with a lot to offer students of history. Students will visit a range of museums, historical areas and architectural sites that give insight into the role of the city on the Asian and global stage. Their visits will be accompanied by expert knowledge from a local historian which wil help them contextualise what they are seeing and learning. Set on the banks of the Saigon river, the city is easily navigable with fantastic local and international cuisine and unique cultural attractions. There are a number of additions that can be made to this trip to showcase the rural areas around the city such as the impressive Mekong delta.
