What age students are the trips for?
We offer trips for elementary and high school aged students. We ensure all our trips are age appropriate and can work with the school to deliver the required activities/ or curriculum needs.
How many students can go on a trip?
Our smallest groups have been around 5 while our largest are around 90! With larger numbers the students are split up into groups but everyone is together for meal times and traveling.
What's included in the trips?
We know how difficult it is to organize a trip from another country so with all our trips we offer the following to make it as easy as possible for the students and teachers to sit back and enjoy the activities:
• Pre-trip meetings (in-country) or emails with teachers to design bespoke trips;
• Risk Assessments for all activities;
• Bilingual Vietnamese Guide with International Tour Guide license accompanying group;
• Evacuation plans;
• All bookings for airport transfers, transport, accommodation, meals and activities in-country;
• All permissions for regional access and campsites;
• Equipment for specialist activities where required;
• Assistance with International flights and Vietnam visas.
Are tips included in the trips?
All tips for external service providers are included in our trip costs. Our Trip Coordinators do not accept tips from guests.
Are there any other extra costs during a trip?
One drink is provided during meal times but any other soft drinks are not included in the price of the trips. Students may wish to bring a small amount of spending money for souvenirs or gifts.
What do the students need to bring?
A full packing list will be sent to the school in advance.
Do the students need visas?
Depending on the nationality of the students they may need a visa to enter Vietnam. Our team will assist with this.
Do the students need vaccinations?
What is food like on the trips?
We aim to give all students the opportunity to taste a lot of different Vietnamese dishes and we try to vary the menu to cater to all tastes. Schools must inform us of any dietary requirements prior to the trip so we can work with our meal providers.
What is accommodation like on the trips?
Accommodation can vary from city hotels to rustic homestays depending on the trip. However, we ensure all rooms will be secure and comfortable with air-con when necessary, private bathrooms, linen
